Led the testing efforts in an agile team, working primarily with C#, Selenium, and JavaScript to develop automated tests for validating a Salesforce application. I was responsible for creating the test strategy and training three QA Engineers. One of my key achievements was stabilizing the delivery pipeline, significantly reducing the number of production bugs that had been occurring previously, contributing to improved software quality and smoother deployments. Additionally, I focused on both front-end and back-end validations. For front-end validation, I used Selenium, while for back-end validation, I employed Postman and Newman.
